Hi experts,

We have the recruiting module in place. HR users use a convert pending worker process to onboard new candidates.

They requested to enable approvals only for those workers for which certain fields (salary amount, grade, etc.) have changed during the conversion process.

It looks reasonable but the problem is that there used the same approval process as for new hires (Hire an Employee) and there is no payload available for the pending worker records.

Has anybody faced the same issue? I am looking for the optimal way to handle this process.
