Enforce user to Save time card, before importing data from third party system

Summary:

Enforce Save time card

Content (required):

Hi,

We can create time cards by importing data (planning) from a third party system.

When user does a mix of entering manual time card records AND import others from a third party (click on a link we have defined to do the integration), if he did not Save his manually entered data before importing the rest, data gets overriden.

Is there any way to enforce the Save action: warn user to do it or maybe an auto save?! As data needs to be explicitely saved now, before importing from the other system.

Howdy, Stranger!
