Issue with Action and Action reason

Hi dear community,

I actually face an issue with my actions and actions reasons set up.

I try to set up one for a test to be shown with the following way : Employment details / search for an employee / Action / change assignment/ then select one action and action reason.

However my action test is still visible despite the fact i have end dated it :

And at the same way i tried to configure the real action and action reasons with same configuration , but the new one is not showing :

I'm a bit confused with those set up.
