What is the impact of decommissioning HCM license on the existing PO users and hierarchies?

Summary:

User wants to decommission the HCM license but is concerned how the user's hierarchy will be maintained in the system. Are we going to be still able to import the employee records from the other third-party system and create the users and their hierarchies in oracle fusion?


Content (required):

1. Can we import employee data (manager, new starters) into the HCM and user management of fusion from another system even when the HCM license is being removed?

2. Need details on what all HR details are required to be imported

3. Will user accounts be affected if HR license is removed?

4. Effect on PO and requisition approvals, receipts creation/receiving once the HR license is removed.
