RUI alternative to Classic Person Management?

RUI alternative to Person Management - Advanced Search features in Person Spotlight in 23B?

It appears in the 23B documentation that there is an advanced Person Search feature under 'Person Spotlight' for Professional Users. I have been missing an alternative in RUI to the Classic Person Management page, but the documentation does not provide navigation to reach this page on the screenshots shown. I can confirm that I already have the role 'Access Person Spotlight Advanced Search' assigned to the 'Human Resource Specialist' job role. Please advise how I can find this screen for better searching for persons?
