Hi

Can anyone share any experience on upgrading to Rel 13 in a 3-Tier employment model. As Oracle won't be supporting 3-tier employment model starting from Rel 13, how smooth the transition is. 

Also, if you could list down the steps that customers would need to take/or be aware of during the transition.
