We would like to create a non-Fusion app using the Redwood Theme, utilising the Redwood components, templates, and patterns provided by Oracle. To start, I have created an app in Visual Builder Studio (VBS) connected to the VB runtime and selected the "Non-Fusion Redwood App" template.

However, I have noticed that when using page templates such as the Welcome Page Template in that app, the standard header, footer, and left navigation components are missing. I am wondering if it is expected that we create these components ourselves.
