How to Identify how the user has been login to Fusion Cloud ( through REST API or OIC or URL)

through FND_Session table we are getting who has logged in to Fusion cloud. But want to know, how he/she/Common user has been logged in to Fusion Cloud.
Through REST API or Through OIC Connection or Manually URL login/Password.
if any one has been login manually then, track the times and also want to do a backtracking, if the user has been done any unauthorized transaction .
