ADB Excel add-in : Installer issue

Summary:

I am facing issues with installing the Autonomous Database Excel add-in on my Windows machine.

As you can see in the attached screenshot, the install.cmd when run as Admin has not printed any steps After waiting for 5 mins had to close the command line.
