Rehired Employee gets the same due date from her first enrollment
Summary:
Content (required):
Hi there,
We have a few cases in which people who used to be with the company and are rehired, get the same due date of old enrollments from their first stay with us.
Here is an example.
Mrs. A worked for us in 2021. She was enrolled in Course A in 2021.
She left the company in 2022
She was rehired in 2023. The same profile number, new work assignment.
The Course A is still live and there is dynamic enrollment setup.
She got enrolled but she had the original enrollment and due dates in her enrollment. Obviously there is a massive overdue period.
