we are required to create a new catalog for purchasing along with the existing one and assign a buyer to the new one.

currently, there is one catalog for purchasing with multiple categories in the hierarchy. now the customer is asking for a provision to assign the buyers to items (Assigning at the item level is tedious). so, can we create a new catalog and assign the buyer rule to a new one?
