OTBI - Talent Review - Holding Area

Summary:

Not everyone are placed in a box assignment, some are in the holding area.

Content (required):

Subject area doesn't seem to have a Holding Area field. I need to build a report to capture this in order to do year over year comparison or to show why they are not coming over in the box assignment report that was created.
