How to take Data backup from Oracle HCM fusion application
Summary:
I am looking for a guidance to take a full-database backup of Oracle HCM cloud fusion application (production environment).
I want this backup in my office local drive or Azure server, so that I can refer to the backup data when required. This backup data should also be available to upload in any other system. (format other than spreadsheets are preferable)
Content (required):
Backup should include everything:
1) All employees data (Active & Inactive) - with all the historical and current information, job, employment, personal data everything.
2) Documents - Candidates resume, applicant info, performance documents etc.
