Workers end point change

Summary:

The EMPS API being decommissioned starting 23D, as part of worker end point change we could see that in workers API we are unable to get the ManagerID .

In EMPS payload we had ManagerID that could fetch us manager details ,but in workers we could see that we have Manager AssignmentID and Assignment Supervisor ID but unable to retrieve data based on the same (Manager AssignmentID and Assignment Supervisor ID).
