Checklist / guided journey to update last name and demographic info

Hello everyone,

My client have a special request.

Once the employee change his or her last name via "name" section , they want automatically a message or pop up appear to invite the employee to update "demographic info" in case she or him get married or a marital status change.

Is anyone know can i set up this requirement ?

Is it a checklist or guided journey or deeplinks?

How can i manage to put in place ?
