Did something change with the Employment Start Date Transaction

Summary: When this quick action was released in 21D, one of the nicest features was that it allowed you to change the start date for an employee, even if terminated. This seems to no longer be the case. I'm getting an error; The Effective Start Date attribute must be on or before the Effective End Date attribute. (HRC-1035096). EE was hired 12/1/20, terminated 7/6/2023. I cannot change the date backwards or forwards. I've used 1/1/2023 , 1/1/2020 and 11/1/2020, all prior to the termination date.

Below is the link to the original release notes where it specifically says, 'you can also change the hire date for terminated workers and proposed start date for pending workers.'

Howdy, Stranger!
