How to get a workflow list that has SOA problem?

Summary:

Situation: The system sent an email on 04/06/2023 with information about the employee's dismissal, but this employee was dismissed on 11/16/21 in POD.

We would like to know if it is possible to generate a list with completed workflows, but with SOA problems.

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable):

23A (11.13.23.01.0)
