Question on Modeled Subinventory Code for Child Organization

Summary: We have a customer who has modelled many physical locations as Subinventories in EBS instead of Organization and they want to keep it that way even in cloud both for Demand Planning and Supply Planning. As we know, Planning works only at Org level and we can use Subinventory mainly to drive nettting within each org. In Planning Source System definition, while selecting the Organizations, we have a field Modeled Subinventory Code for Child Organization. We were exploring possibility of using this configuration "Modeled Subinventory Code for Child Organization". We would be using OPS(Fusion ERP) as the source system.
