Can approvers edit requistion created by me?

Can approvers edit the requisition created by me?

Also say, I have created a requisition on behalf of someone. Is it that only creator have access to edit the requisition? or requestors can edit the requisition as well? Want to understand who all will have access to edit that requisition?
