What are the impacts on the modification of the Seniority date rule?
Hello,
The team would like to update the worker type configurations for Latest Hire date and per Oracle, the system is designed to prevent modification of the seniority date rule because there are corresponding security data records based on this configuration. This is to ensure the integrity and consistency of your data.
May I know what will be the possible impacts if the seniority date rule will be modified? Like the mentioned security data records, may I know what does this mean?
Here is the SR raised for this issue.
Thanks.
