Adding a warning message when changing the assignment

Is it possible to add a warning message when doing an update or correction to an assignment

Hi Everyone,

We know that there are limitations being in the cloud, but is it possible to add a warning message about making changes to an employee's assignment on the same day hire enters they system.  If the last updated date for the change to assignment and hire action is on the same date and the change assignment is on top of the hire (which makes sense), then this person will not be picked up by the integration that moves employee data to ADP Global View.   I don't think doing something like this is possible in the cloud.
