Cannot find Person in 'Person Management' but can find in tables...where are they?

I made a couple of entries on an employee and now I can't see them in Person Management. They exist on per_all_people_f and per_person_names_f tables (to name a few) but I can't pull up in Person searches. This is just in testing and I believe I deleted their assignment and canceled their work relationship. How can you resurrect somebody who was once there but is now missing...?
