How to notify Quality Team to initiate Inspection process during PO receiving

Summary:

Dear Experts,

We have enabled Quality Inspection during PO receiving which completes in three steps mentioned below.

Steps.

1) Receive 

2) Inspect (Involves Lab Testing)

3) Put Away 

Receive and Put Away is done by one receiving team but Inspection is done by Quality team.

Is there any mechanism to notify (mail & Bell notification) Quality Team after 1st step is completed.

Expectation:

Once Receiving is done, system should notify to Quality team that material has been received, kindly initiate inspection process.

Once inspection is completed Receiving team should be notified to proceed with put away.
