Would like to start using Alert Composer, but encountered below challenges and not sure if can be supported by Alert Composer:
- Can override the email sender for each Alert Composer? Since we would like to have a better user experience with tailored email sender;
- Can add CC and Bcc in the Alert Composer? As far as I know, each Alert Composer can only specify the targeted recipient, for example I would like to send a email notification to employee and copy Manager, and Bcc HR Admin. Is this doable?
