Dear Team,

We have one component - Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) defined under a Workforce Compensation Plan for all the employees in the fusion application. The Compensation Specialist needs to load the compensation data - Effective Date, % of COLA and COLA Amount in bulk for the employees at once.

Kindly help us with the options to load this data in bulk. If it is possible through Spread Sheet Data Loader or HDL please share with me the sample files for the same.
