Summary:

If you implement Skills Center, doesn't the "Skills and Qualifications" page no longer make sense? As I understand the documentation, we can only choose one subscriber, Talent Profile or Skills Center. If the latter is selected, what happens to the Skills section on the Skills and Qualifications page?
