Per the April 2023 Readiness, is the ability to embed text objects available as announced?

Summary:

I am not able to detect Text Boxes as "available content" from a Management report reference doclet. Only grids, charts, and notes appear as "available content"

when I "inspect available content" text boxes are not shown as being available content. Per the April 2023 readiness, notes and text were supposed to have been added
