PO approval based on Requisition amount

Hi

We have a requirement where in when the PO is created from Approved REQ, and if PO is modified to higher amount then it should trigger approval rule. Else if it is same or less amount then REQ, then the PO should be auto approved.

Is it possible to implement this condition. Any help is appreciated
