If employee work less the 4hours then that employee should be considered as Unpaid Leave on that day

Hi All, As per the requirement if employee work less the 4 hours (which will be get through Clock In and Clock Out),then that employee should be considered as Unpaid leave and the details should flow to the Absence Management. Can anyone please suggest how to achieve this?
