Business has a requirement to change the status of all Pending Absences cases that has applied for Leave between April 2022 and February 2023 from back end.

We have tried changing the status of all Pending Absence cases in the system from "Awaiting Approval" to "Approved" status by using HDL (PersonAbsenceEntry.dat) for a total of 5600+ records. We could successfully change the status for most of the employees but were unable to change the status of 790+ employees in the system. While investigating the issue we have also observed that the Transaction details are not available for few of them in the Transaction Console to track the transaction and for others transaction data is available but we cant approve it and business doesn't want to terminate those
