Do you know some column's mean about FBDI templete for importing project tasks?

Summary:

I have some qustion.

1) What is the difference between Chargeable and Billable?

2)Billable is same as "Enable billing" in Manage Project Type?

3)Where is "Limit to Transaction Controls" in PFM?
