Cycle Count

We have a requirement to process the Counting Method at a Granular Level as the Subinventory Size is very high and cannot be completed in the due time frame. So, what we are looking for is to perform the Cycle Count at a granular level

As per the Cycle Count, I can't find way to select the granular level for Counting. Only Option i see is to select the Subinventory. Can anyone please suggest, how to perform at granular Level ?
