Way to restrict the options in Output Tab during BI Report Scheduling

Hi All,

Is there a way to restrict the options in Output tab not to be modified during BIP Scheduling?

Example - if bursting is enabled in report properties during BI Report Schedule, we can still uncheck the bursting and add email delivery. can we restrict that anyway for the users?
