Summary:

Hi Team, i have two queries with regards to absence plan

I have attached occupational maternity pay plan in the statutory absence type and provide the qualification band i.e 90 days -100 payment, upto 6 month - 50 % pay and for remaining days - 0% pay.

  1. Can you please confirm simple absence rule for approval - I have set it to self approve from employee level but its not working.
  2. I have used matrix for qualification entitlement of OMP , will it be ok or i need to use formula?
