How to clear inventory line from Active that has 0 on hand quantity

Does anyone know how to clear an item from the Active Inventory screen that has 0 on hand quantity? The location is permanent and should only have one item, but its previous assigned item is still present, even with 0 current inventory, and we would like to clear it (item 132967-EA).
