Embed Organization Chart Deep link in Employment Info page

Hi Team, I have a requirement to add the deep link for Organization chart in employment info page besides name of the employee.
I have tried to add this thorough personalization, however the tools options are disabled and could not add the hyperlink in this section.
Do we have any other way to deliver this requirement.
