Learn Admin view on Workflow Approval

Dear Community,


Is there a way for Learn Admin to view on Workflow Approval?

Currently Transaction Console is granted only to IT Admin.

Worklist is not able to show by all Learn Request. Somehow worklist archive Learn Request after 3 months.
