Problem Statement:

Unable to add items from a punchout site to the requisition

Tip to troubleshoot:

While a punchout item has to be added to the requisition on returning from the supplier site, in certain instances, we have noticed that the item is not so added. 

One of the common instances we have requested support and the customer to troubleshoot is whether the punchout URL on returning from the supplier site is being truncated.

So the next time this seems to occur, you need to check if the supplier site is in fact truncating the return URL and if so, request the supplier to pass the complete URL to resolve the issue.
