Supply plan creating one planned order for multiple demands on different days

Summary:

We have a supply plan which is adding the demands for a week and creating one planned order. Interestingly, this is happening for the planned order which is created with suggested date as the plan run date. Post that, all other planned orders are getting created normal but they also seem to add demands of 2 consecutive days.

We want one planned order per day. How do we achieve this?
