Change employee name format on payslip

Summary:

Is anyone able to offer any advice on whether it is possible to change the employee name format on the payslip and if so, how?

Content (required):

Our payslip currently uses "DISPLAY_NAME" as the employee name format. So for example if a person has the name Joseph Bloggs and has a preferred/known as name of Joe then the payslip currently displays the name Joe Bloggs. Our requirement is to change this to use the actual first name so in this example to show Joseph Bloggs on the payslip. We do not want to change our employee name format elsewhere in Fusion.

Howdy, Stranger!
