Unable to do anything with a 'Non Catalogue Request' which is in a 'Pending Fulfilment' status
Summary:
We have a Non Catalogue Request which was submitted in June 2022 (over 12 months ago) which is currently in a 'Pending Fulfilment' status and needs to be moved into a 'Completed' status. I've gone into the transaction console to try and find more information on the transaction and I'm unable to find it.
Q1. How long do transactions stay in the transaction console?
As I can't locate the transaction, the learning admin has located the assignment in Learning Assignments and clicked 'Activate Assignment' which then opens up a form and the 'Activate Assignment' button in the top right hand corner is greyed out so you're unable to do anything with the assignment to try and get it into a completed status.
