The guidance given in the above states:
"In order to be found, the user needs to have one work relationship as Primary assignment, being Active and needs to have a Line Manager.
Once changed the Non-Primary assignment into Primary Assignment, the issue has been resolved and worker was able to be found and add to the review population"
I have managed to add a worker to the review population without a manager, but could not see them when conducting the meeting as a facilitaor, is this correct behaviour?
