FR to MR migration

Content (required):

In the POV of the new MR I would like to have a prompt for the end users in our Entity Dimension. From that prompt I would like the grid to display the current Entity POV selected by the user along the with descendants of the Entity POV. I have been unsuccessful in getting this to render correctly. I do not want the users to be able to zoom on Entity within the grid once rendered. Can anyone assist or let me know if this is not feasible?

I have attached a screenshot of what our current FR looks like for some idea of what I am trying to achieve. User currently selects Entity in order for the report to render.
