Time Entry Rules not working for Holiday worked

Summary:

We have below requirement for client

(Maximum 8 hours allowed for Holiday Worked; if more entered, show error “Maximum limit is 8 hours for Holiday Worked. If worked for more hours on Holiday, please enter those as Overtime on Holiday (entered)”. 

We have Time entry rules defined but not getting triggered.

(Maximum 8 hours allowed for Holiday Worked; if more entered, show error “Maximum limit is 8 hours for Holiday Worked. If worked for more hours on Holiday, please enter those as Overtime on Holiday (entered)”. 

For this requirement we have time entry rules are defined but when we enter time card more than 8 hrs for holiday worked error message not coming. Can some please help.
