change text translation of of price component descriptions in order management

When we create a order and modify the price of an item, the translations are very long and its hard for users to read all the text from their mobiles. Is it possible to change that translation? Example, if my list price is 1 USD, I add a manual markup of 3 cents, when reviewing the price it will show:

Basle list Price applied from [pricelist ] 1 USD

Manual markup of 0.03 USD for reason conde [reason]

We know that for [pricelist] and [ reason] we can control the names and translation. But what we want to change is the "Manual markup of" and "for reason code" translations
