Privileges needed for Change Order custom role

Customer needs a custom role to only perform change order in PIM

Customer requested a custom role to only view items and create change order. Digging into MOS, found this article Fusion PIM: How to Make View Only item using Custom Role (Doc ID 2551313.1) and following the instructions we succeded with the first part of the requirement.

However, for the change order part, we couldn't make it yet. To the custom role we created to achieve this first part of the requirement, we add the Change Order privileges -using Product Manager standard role as foundation of it. Manage Change Order task is displayed on the PIM task panel but, there's no chance to edit attributes or make changes in the primary structure, e.g.
