DFF at Miscellaneous Transaction - to default in Account Combination

I have created a DFF value Department where user will input it manually.

Is it possible that the value chosen in the DFF , defaults in the Account combination?

If yes, shall i create a mapping set? 

It is regards to Miscellaneous Transaction.
