Changes only HCM Extract to fetch Assignment Changes using History UE
Summary:
We have a requirement to send only when changes happen in some of the assignment fields not all (ex. Job, Department and BU)
In case if it is a top of the stack update we need to send current record and the previous record.
If it is a back dated insert between existing date range then it should send the previous row, new row(inserted in between) and the next row.
This should be tracked only for the 3 fields not other fields.
