How can I erase SKU pains in OCC?

I have a register of colors saved in the OCC that appear for the products in the window, but if by chance we want to change the name of the color or when registering the product we forget to add the name of the color, we can no longer change that name next to the SKU, so the product is without color name in the store (as in the pictures). I would like to know how we can change these values and fix this problem?
