Hide Fields in Emergency Contact section for Line Managers

Summary:

LOB has requested to hide a few fields from the Line Manager when they are viewing Emergency Contact information. I tried using Design Studio and Page Composer, but I was unable to get it done. I have crossed out the sections they would like hidden under My Team > Select Person's name > Family and Emergency Contacts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
